We had quite a few visitors roll through our house after we brought Kaleb home. At first I was putting visitors off because that would mean I would have to shower and do my hair. Since that wasn't happening as frequently as it should have many of our visitors saw me at my very best. The good thing is no one was coming to see me; they were there to see Kaleb and you can bet he was bathed, dressed and smelling nice daily even if his Mom wasn't.
The cousins were so excited to see this new addition. I temporarily become a first time mother with newborns where I make everyone wash their hands, sit back on the couch with the boppy as I hover anxiously nearby. It doesn't take long for that to wear off and I am letting my 6 year old carry the 2 month old around but I am somewhat neurotic for the first couple months of life. Chloe is EXCELLENT with little babies. Lucky me!
Nick isn't quite sure what to make of this new baby.....
Nate was much more excited to see Kaleb than Callen but it only took a few
minutes for the novelty to wear off.
The girls wanted to play house right away and have Kaleb as their baby.
Matt brought all the kids up to see Kaleb. I just hope Kaleb doesn't run down to
their house at 7am on a Saturday like Lexie and Callen.
Lexie is totally in love with her new brother.
Thank goodness for family - my cousins and friends made this transition to number 6 much easier.
I loved this little outfit - is it so wrong to think babies bum's are so cute?
Parker and Miles love holding babies. It is so cute to see how excited they get.
