Girlfriends

I have some really great girlfriends.  They came from near and far to see Kaleb.  They came with gifts, chocolate and some great conversation.  It was just what I needed - an excuse to actually shower and get dressed.  I can't thank them enough for the visit and the gift and I will never be able to re-pay them for their friendship.   Friends can even make me smile even when I am sleep deprived, on pain meds and in the new mother stage.  They can brighten every day and even soothe the fussiest baby.

Chareese made me this fabulous cover.  The amazing thing is she did it without a pattern after looking at another one.

Ivory had a baby 5 months before so she give me hope that I will have a life enough again to go to the gym someday.

All I can say to ALL my girlfriends is - thank you!  There have been many moments when what you have said or did made all the difference to me.
