Double rainbow

We came outside to see an amazing sight - a double rainbow.  We did get a lot of rain this year but we haven't had a double rainbow since this day.  We all were in awe by the beauty of the day and God's special rainbow.  It just may have been the first time I had been outside in a 

few days and it was worth the trip.

I've always taken 'The Wizard of Oz' very seriously, you know. I believe in the idea of the rainbow. And I've spent my entire life trying to get over it.   Judy Garland  

I read that quote and realized that while these rainbows are beautiful I think I've already got my gold at the end of the rainbow.  I have 6 kids, an amazing husband.  An awesome family.  The best friends, health, happiness and so much more.  This rainbow was a perfect description of my life on this day.  While busy, messy, full of kids who don't always listen or clean, screaming babies, extra baby weight, not enough time, too much laundry and much much more it couldn't look more perfect to me.
