Pinkberry

I have this secret (or not so secret) obsession with Pinkberry frozen yogurt.  I have tried a bunch of different kinds of yogurt and so far Pinkberry takes the cake.  It could be an expensive habit but luckily we have found ways to make it cheaper.  They have Padres days where whenever there is a home game and we come in wearing Padres gear we get buy one get one free.  The sad thing is that we only have one Padres hat which happens to belong to my sister Kristin.  We have Celtics gear coming out the wazoo but Padres gear around our house is few and far between.  How sad is that?  We just keep Kristin's Padres hat in Trav's car and go there when there is a home day.
One night Trav really wanted a short date and since it was 2 for 1 night we decided to go to Pinkberry really quick.  The only drawback was that we had a total of 5 boys spending the night.  We left them in charge with a ton of candy, popcorn and a good movie and told them not to answer the door or the phone.  We raced up there, got our Pinkberry and made our way home as quick as we could.  When we pulled into the driveway the boys were all running around outside screaming "we are going to die!".  I got out of the car in a mad panic wondering what went wrong.  We learned that sometime in the drive home we had an earthquake.  The boys all had conflicting ideas about what to do during an earthquake.  Some boys wanted to run outside but another boy said that if they did that shards of glass would shoot into their eyes.  Other boys wanted to stop drop and roll and another idea was to get under the table.  Since they had no idea what to do they decided to all run around outside screaming.  As soon as I heard what had happened I turned to Trav and said "see- this is why I can't ever leave the house!".  It was a fun short date but next time we will have to schedule our dates around the earthquakes.

Great earthquake story!
I have a Padres hat you can borrow. It might actually fit!
(We need a Fire Marshall Bill face to go with that hat)
