Josh, Taylor and Natalie were in a Youth Stake Performance Honoring the life of Joseph Smith. It was called Oh Let The Morning Come. To say it was amazing would be an understatement. The music was outstanding, the costumes great, the dialogue was inspiring. Josh played the part of Joseph Smith and memorized ALL of his lines and they weren't easy! He had an amazing solo part and I started crying before he even started singing. Trav went early to set up and when we walked in he had watched some of the rehersal and he started to cry just telling us about it. It was one of those nights! They all did amazing and it just strenghtened my testimony of the Prophet Joseph Smith. Not only as a prophet but as a man. What a great example he was of a follower of Christ. He gave everything he had to follow the Lord and died a martyrs death. His is a powerful example to do all and give all we can to do better and be better.
"Never be discouraged. If I were sunk in the lowest pits of Nova Scotia, with the Rocky Mountains piled on me, I would hang on, exercise faith, and keep up good courage, and I would come out on top." - Joseph Smith Jr.
It was a VERY memorable night. I was so proud of how hard they all worked! I took about 10 pictures and could only find a few where Taylor wasn't making a goofy face....
