Since we moved a couple of years ago we have made it a goal to get all of us together and stay close even though our locations are far apart. In theory that is a great goal but then reality sets in along with gobs of children, jobs, callings etc. and we have found that it is a lot easier said than done. Sometimes I wonder if it is easier to plan Middle East Peace Talks than to get us all together. When it does finally happen we all wish we could stop time and just enjoy the rare moment of us all being together. This beach day was one of those moments. Sandy was back for the week from Texas and she was draw enough to get us all there despite vacation plans, a newborn baby, kids camps and jobs. It was well worth the juggling and any other magic tricks we had up our sleeves to get us there. It was a perfect day with friends, kids, sand and some great catching up. There were more girlfriends there but we didn't get a chance to snap all of us at once. I guess that means we will have to all get together again soon......any takers?

The kids all had a blast of course and every time we get together we are reminded of how much fun they have together and kick ourselves for not doing it more often.
