Callen is 3! We can't believe how old he is getting or how fast those 3 years have flown by. He was so excited for it to be his birthday. I am not sure how much he really gets it but he does know that he gets presents and special food. We started the day off with our special birthday breakfast and we even had Payson here to celebrate the special day. Here are just a few things that we love about Callen:
*He loves to play and play hard
*He has massive amounts of enthusiasm
*He may have to join CA (Cars Anonymous) for his addiction to all things CARS
*He still loves his monkey. He sure is a faithful friend.
*When he gets up in the morning he goes and gets his own gogurt and brings it to my bedside so I can groggily open it at 6am.
*He comes running to hug me whenever I get home or wake up and makes sure I hug Monkey too (or all 3 monkeys)
*He always finds me for a goodnight kiss no matter where I am
*He loves to read his stories before bedtime and doesn't let me forget if I am in a hurry
*He is tenacious and will not stop until you pay attention to him
*He loves his cousin Nate
*He knows how to work the iphone better than me. Luckily he can't work the internet.
*He comes running from anywhere in the house when he hears a protein shake being made
*He loves saying "really quick"
*He knows how to unzip his crib tent
*He can name every car from the Disney movie
*He makes our lives more fun, full and joyful every day
He is really working on making a 3 with his fingers. He likes to tell us he is 6 while
holding up 3 fingers.
