We had 3 Open Houses to do in under an hour. We ended up seeing all the important things, the school projects, the classroom routines, the baby chicks, all the classrooms and we only lost Callen once. All in all a successful night. Kaden had some great papers and one was about his Dad his hero. I think that may have been Trav's highlight of the night. Just a wild guess.
Alexis was so excited to show us all the amazing and creative things she made. I am always amazed by the things they make in kindergarten. It is hard not to keep each thing she brings home but with 6 kids and only so much storage space I have to throw a few things out.

This was Lexie's highlight. Showing up the chicks that hatched in their classroom. She even tried to talk us into taking them home with us until it pooped in her hand. Perfect timing!

I love these little projects that capture who they are at that moment because they change so quickly.
Lexie's amazing teacher. Tanner and Lexie have had her so far and I am hoping she is
And of course his study of "poisonous" frogs. He LOVED learning about those.
This was one of the most creative projects I have seen. His teacher took different colored spoons and the kids drew frogs around them. Of course I had to take pictures. I never knew the life cycle of a frog could be so cute.
