Flower Fields

Tanner had a really fun field trip to the flower fields.  I was so excited to go but the night before Callen and I both got really sick.  Tanner and I were both so sad that I couldn't go.  I said a very long prayer that night and luckily the next day I was well enough to go and Callen was better enough to leave with Taylor.  I am so glad I went.  It is such a beautiful spot and a fun day!

Tanner's favorite part was getting to play with the earth worms.  He wanted 

to take a few home but I told him that we had plenty in our yard.

The fields are so beautiful.  It's a shame we can't walk through them to take a picture

 right in the middle but it was fun to walk around them and to take a ton of pictures.

Tanner go to plant his own flower.  He is very good about watering it and taking care of it.

At the end of the trip the kids were each able to decorate their own bag.  Tanner picked green of course.

I never knew that there were so many different kinds of poinsettias

It is a beautiful place to go and walk around and see some of the most amazing flowers I have ever seen.I felt like we were in the garden of Eden.  Plus it is fun to spend one on one time with Tanner.  Hopefully I made an impression on him about how much girls like flowers and that he 

remembers it when he is 22 and goes on his first date.
