Riverdance

Even thought we live in the most beautiful city in the world according to me - I don't get out enough to see some of it's culture.  Our culture right now consists of basketball games, date nights to the local Chili's, the park and Disneyland.  We are such a well rounded bunch!  However, when we get visitors we get to see a whole different side of San Diego.  It validates my belief that I live in the best city in the world as I see my city through others eyes.  When Tim and Linda came they did more in one month than we did in one year.  It was great to hear about all they did and share in some of it with them.  We were secretly trying to make the trip so enjoyable that they would want to come visit again and again and again.  I think they may have gotten a bit of the San Diego bug.  One of the things we did while they were here is we saw Riverdance.  Tim, Linda my Mom and I all went out for a night on the town.  We all got lost a few times but we made it there with a few minutes to spare.  It was amazing.  Every act was better than the last.  I couldn't decide which one was my favorite.  There was singing, dancing and even humor.  It is something everyone would enjoy and it made me want to take up Irish Dancing lessons in my spare time.  Not that I have any so that was just a fleeting thought but a fun one while it rolled around in my brain for a while.  Oh the calories I burned in my mind!
If it comes to a city near you - don't miss out!
