I saw these amazing cupcakes on a cute site called Bakerella. The site address is http://www.bakerella.com Everything on the site is good and creative. I have been wanting to make these for a while but didn't have the time. Then we started a Tween group for Taylor's firends that are homeschooled. We meet twice a month, one time is a craft where they learn a skill and the other time is a book club. We picked the Lightning Thief and making Cupcake pops and flower hair clips. The girls had a blast and it was very fun to make these. To top it off they are FABULOUS! The problem is they are bite sized so you can eat quite a few before you are stuffed. There are a few tricks to these you can check out the recipe on my co-op cooking blog

You can also make cake pops - which are much easier than the cupcake pops
They made great Christmas gifts - easy, festive and super cute~

I have been wanting to make the Sesame Street ones since I saw them. The problem, my children are all older than 9, I don't think they would appreciate it.
