Another fun Wednesday came and went and we had a blast. The Boys and Girls Club threw a Halloween party for the kids after school. There were crafts, a bounce house and basketball. All the kids had an activity that they could do and we were having a great time until Callen completely melted right in the middle of stuffing our popcorn hands. After 3 screaming fits I finally asked the girl in charge if we could just take our popcorn and finish out project at home. She was so excited to give me the popcorn so I would remove the screaming 2 year old. This post is for anyone that thinks he is a mellow child. News Flash - he isn't. :)
Kaden swished a few 3's to his extreme delight. It is so cute to watch his mouth start to twitch into a huge grin but he squishes his smile and pretends that he doesn't want to do the happy dance.

Hey Rach-here's the Taco Soup recipe, it's really simple!
Ground beef cooked, seasoned with taco seasoning
1 can unstrained corn
1 can strained pinto beans
1 can diced green chiles
Mix together with remainder of taco seasoning and warm over stove
1 cup water (if you want it more soupy)
Sprinkle some grated cheddar cheese and eat with warmed tortillas or tortilla chips. (You'd probably want to double for your family, but this recipe makes plenty for Adam and I for a good 2-3 meals!)
