We feasted and celebrated. Food, fun and family about sums up our annual Fall Festival. Every year at our school we get a "fall festival" which is basically a Halloween party but since that isn't PC3 anymore it is now a fall festival. Even without the Halloween costumes it is still a very fun night that the kids look forward to. Trav couldn't go last year because he was out of town so I spent most of the night trying to find kids and nursing Callen. I was quite a spectacle. This year it was a lot more fun. This year the whole family came. The kids have made a lot of new friends and feel more at home at school so they were able to show me where to go this year. Kaden and his friend Frankie waited in line for a half hour to throw a pitch and try and dunk their principle into the dunk tank. They gave it a very good effort but just barely missed. She finally did get dunked and all the kids cheered. We ate a lot of cotten candy, played a lot of gmaes and waited in line forever for the cake walk which was so not worth it but the kids thought it was fun. After Travis tried to to bribe the cake walk guy into calling our kids numbers (he tried 5 times - that guy was taking his job very seriously!) and we finally won the smushed cupcakes and cookies. We went home on a sugar and fun high. Another year another festival
