THE GRINCH

The past few years we have made a tradition to go and see The Grinch at the Old Globe Theatre. It is a very well done play and puts us right into the mode of Christmas. This year we went the week of Thanksgiving and we got the whole family to go. We got a little dressed up and had a blast! The costumes, acting and singing are all amazing and very well done. A lot of the cast has done it every Christmas for years. The Grinch was fabulous with just the right amount of Grinchiness.
Lexie was a little scared of the Grinch last year but was fascinated by him this year.
Poor Trev broke his ankle and had to hobble around everywhere.
They decorate the area like you are in Whoville. It is pretty spectacular.
After the Grinch we went to Corvette Diner. The kids loved the Bazooka gum and the milkshake. The boys loved the car IN the restaurant. They can't figure out why more restaurants don't do that.
