GOOD FRIENDS ARE HARD TO FIND.....

It's been almost a year and a half since we moved from Murrieta to San Diego.  I don't miss the city, the mall, the sights or the heat but I do miss my friends (and my backyard but my friends more!).  We try really hard to get together but sometimes it is hard with 16 kids, a job and a YW Pres, a spin and weight class teacher, a insanely creative jewelry artist, a PTA President and a busy mom wishing she had time to be creative....(me).  Somehow we manage a girls weekend once a year and some lunch dates and beach dates in-between.  It is so fun to get all the kids together and see how much the kids have grown and catalogue with each other how we hope that we have not grown (wider).   I value the friends in my life and am so grateful for their love, friendship, care, concern and examples.

The boys, Nathan, Tallen, Kaden and Tanner

Lexie - never a dull moment

Tanner and Payson strategizing on what to do next and plotting how to go to each other's houses next so they don't have to be apart.

It was a FUN day at the beach with Callen.....

He had a great lunch of sand, sand and a hot dog covered with.....sand

I love the ocean!

Jenny and Chareese catching up

Callen's future bride.....Abbey.  They are only distantly related :)

Ivory, Abbey, Callen and I.  I miss long venting walks with Ivory and our free day.

Taylor and Kelsee caught up right away

It was a perfect day, food, kids, friends, beach and sun.
