It was Tanner's kindergarten trip to the Wild Animal Park. Since I felt extremely guilty for not volunteering in their classrooms this year because of a new baby I vowed I would go on EVERY field trip. Once Tanner found out I was going he was so excited that it made the mom guilt wash all over me again on how I didn't work in his classroom this year.....that is a whole different post on how to get rid of mom guilt. Actually here is the secret - it never goes away :).....back to the field trip it was such a fun day. Callen Tanner and I got to spend the day looking at all the wild creatures and eating a fun Wild Animal Park lunch. It was also a total scorcher that day so we opted out of going up and down the huge hill to see the lions - next time! Tanner had fun telling me who all his girlfriends are and who likes to chase him. He is such a happy boy and loves everyone it is fun to watch him interact with others. All the kindergartners were wearing red shirts so it was a sea of red everywhere we looked. It was a fun day being wild and crazy at the Wild Animal Park.
