Snow Cone Sunday

Travis was in charge of renting a snow cone machine for a big Luau themed Stake dance that our stake was in charge of.  Luckily for us the rental was a 2 day rental so we got to enjoy the snow cones the next day.  We invited family and friends over to enjoy the cold treats and we hyped the neighborhood kids up on sugar just in time to send them home to their parents.
I think it might be a miracle if I can get Taylor to make a serious face for a picture.  As a teenager I would always hide my face and Taylor makes the most out of every picture!
Alexis was in 7th heaven with sugar and friends
Tanner has a slightly guilty look to his face.  That may be because he is on his 3rd snow cone....
Callen is a little machine on anything with 3 wheels.  He even has a bike that he brings inside and motors around on.  If anyone touches the bike he gets upset.  He has so few ways to keep up with the big kids that he makes the most of his bike time because he can keep up with them with his little trike.
Alexis learned to ride a bike!  It took her a little while to get her balance but when she
finally got it she took off flying.
The boys on their scooters.  They go back and forth between skateboards, bikes and scooters.  One day they are obsessed with one of the 3 and they will do all sorts of tricks until it gets boring and then they move on to another thing with wheels.  The biggest lesson I am trying to teach them is helmets!  I showed them a youtube of a skateboarder who lost half of his skull due to brain swelling from an accident with no helmet.  I kind of like their cute heads so I hope they take the helmet rule seriously.
The boys wanted me to take a bunch of pictures of them "catching air".  They were so excited about how high they could get.
Some of the sugared up gang
The little boys - they are all in pre-school together
Parker looks a bit guilty as he tries to go back for another snow cone.  We didn't care how many the kids had but I think some of the parents would prefer to not have their kids
completely hyped up on sugar right before bedtime.
Trav was the snow cone master.  He made some mean snow cones.  He even cleaned everything up!  At first he started thinking out loud about buying a snow cone machine but after he cleaned up the mess and found out the cost he decided our little mini snow cone machine was just fine.

So so so fun! I love Taylor's face, she'll die laughing at these pictures when she's older. It just shows how stinkin' fun your family is.
