The girls had their last "official" Children's Chorus performance at the Poway Performing Arts Center. That is the place where I used to have my choir concerts when I was growing up. The girls did an awesome job. They both loved putting on the make-up and getting their eyelashes and hair curled. Taylor's group performed to Wicked and Lexie's group sang some patriotic songs. They didn't look nervous at all singing in front of almost 800 people. Lexie sang her heart out. Even when the other kids weren't singing her mouth was still moving as big and wide as she could make it. Taylor had a solo and did great. We got to sit in the second row because Lexie is in the youngest group and they need the parents to be close by just in case. The seats were great, the music was awesome and the night was one to remember.
We are keeping it all in the family. Julia, Shannon, Taylor, Natalie and Alexis all performed in the Children's Chorus group.
Their last year together. They did Children's chorus for 2 years together and Natalie did it for 7 years total.
Lexie and Mia's group were so cute. One little friend of theirs named Jenna took off her shoes and socks on stage and placed them neatly in front of her then began singing. It was precious.

Wow how nostalgic! I do miss the days of Children's Chorus! And is Natalie seriously as tall as you?! Grow girl grow!!
