Lexie's first dance recital! It was a 4 hour blast! The best part is on the way over I told her not to mess up her hair for her recital and she said "mommy I already had my dance recital!". She thought the dress rehersal was the recital. I could have totally gotten away with missing the 4 hour recital (of whcih LExie's number was 2 minutes) but oh well, it was an experience. Mia was in it too so Ann and Mitt came too and they even had time for a catnap. There was one ballet number that was 20 minutes! Thank goodness for the iphones Trav and I got caught up on life (ESPN for him and townhall for me). When LExie finally came on stage to perform she was FABULOUS! She did such a good job. She did a ballet number to Lion King's Can YUou Feel the Love Tonight. IT was at a very big concert hall and I worried about stage fright but she did great! We were so proud of her. She looked so cute and LOVED getting makeup on. What a night.
